What we do

The Work Architect builds practical AI capability for Procurement and Supply Chain teams. Not generic AI awareness sessions. Not tool demonstrations. A hands-on programme built around the actual workflows your teams run.

The programme is delivered privately for your team. Before delivery, a short diagnostic looks at your team's recurring tasks, pain points, AI maturity and priorities. Case selection and emphasis are tailored from that, while the learning method stays consistent.

Who we are

The Work Architect is an initiative of Beyon Convergence Systems. It is led by Anshuman Gautam, who has spent twenty years working with complex, globally structured organisations. The kind where decisions carry consequences and managers carry accountability.

Our conviction

AI training that does not change how people work has not done its job. Most AI training programmes teach people what AI is. This programme teaches Procurement and Supply Chain professionals how to use it on the work, in the context of their actual workflows, decisions and data.

The programme is built around a single discipline: work through a real situation, use AI to tackle it, test what it produces, verify the evidence, apply human judgement, and produce a usable result. Participants leave with something they built, not something they watched.

The method

The Work Architect uses this sequence to move participants from AI experimentation to controlled application. The tools may change. The discipline does not.

  1. FindResearch and structure the evidence
  2. AnalyseUse AI to interrogate documents, data and commercial information
  3. ChallengeTest AI outputs, assumptions and supplier claims
  4. DecideApply professional judgement and keep ownership of the decision
  5. RedesignTurn one recurring task into a controlled AI-assisted workflow

Responsible use

AI supports the work. People remain responsible for the decisions. This is not a governance statement added at the end of the programme. It is part of how the training is designed. Participants learn not just how to use AI effectively, but where to trust it, where to push back, and where a decision must stay with a person.

Geography

The programme is available for organisations in India and internationally. Each programme is tailored to the cohort and delivered in person for your team.
