• Organisation name and role, if you provide them
• Programme-related information shared during scoping conversations

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or third-party advertising on this website.

Information you share with us is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Assess whether a programme is appropriate for your organisation
• Prepare and deliver programme proposals
• Deliver and support agreed programmes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email communication

If you email us at anshuman@theworkarchitect.com, we will use your email address only to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up on programme discussions. We do not operate a mailing list or send unsolicited communications.

Downloaded resources

Resources such as the VERDICT Quick Card are available for direct download without requiring an email address or any form submission. We do not track individual downloads.

Third-party services

This website uses Google Fonts to deliver typefaces. Google may collect standard usage data (such as IP address) in the process of serving font files. No other third-party services are integrated into this website.

Data storage and security

Information shared via email is stored within standard business email systems. We take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorised access. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to an active or potential engagement, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You may request at any time that we:

• Confirm what information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your information from our records
